2011 Meetings & Communiqués
The Waste Authority meets on the first Wednesday of every month (except January), 9:00 am – 12:30pm. A Communiqué is issued shortly after each meeting to communicate the key decisions of the Authority in a synopsis format. Meetings may also be held at other venues to coincide with tours of waste management facilities across the metropolitan area. The meeting dates for 2011 are shown below. No dates have been set from June onwards pending new membership of the Authority.
