International Composting Awareness Week 2011

Sunday 1st May - Saturday 7th May 2011.
International Compost Awareness Week (ICAW) 2011 helps the community focus on how households can make a difference in supporting positive environmental outcomes and at the same time reconnecting with nature. This happens through activities such as home composting and worm farming or through using compost to improve their gardens and soils.
Several workshops on topics relating to home composting, worm farming and sustainable gardens will be occurring in Western Australia.
